We are a one-stop auto repair shop serving customers in Toronto’s east end. All repair services at Auto One are performed and inspected by certified and licensed auto mechanics. We’ve been in business for over 25 years because we deal with our customers honestly. We got into the business because we love cars and we wanted people to be able to get good, affordable service for their vehicles from honest mechanics. We know that there are some shops out there that will take you for a ride…the only ride you’ll get taken at Auto One is a comfortable one in your own vehicle after we’ve repaired it for you. You have our word on it. With our years of experience, we often have a pretty good idea about what’s wrong with your vehicle simply from the symptoms you describe to us. When we can’t, you can rest assured that we have the latest diagnostic equipment so that we can pinpoint the cause of your troubles, saving you need less time and expense on your repair. Having certified mechanics work on your vehicle is important, as it reassures you that the work is being performed by a qualified technician. Our mechanics are all Class “A” certified and are licensed to operate in the Province of Ontario. They are experts in auto repair and often work with local high school and college apprenticeship programs to train apprentice mechanics. The last thing we want to do after you drop your car off for an oil change is surprising you at the end of the day with a bill for countless other repairs. In the course of working on your vehicle, we may find things that need some attention, and we wouldn’t be doing our jobs if we didn’t point them out to you. But, we’ll talk to you before we do ANYTHING additional to your vehicle so that there are no surprises when you come back to pick it up.
