Your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number or serial number) is a unique, information-rich code that references almost everything a service provider listed on the Beep marketplace needs to know about your vehicle. By scanning the VIN barcode on your vehicle (normally located inside the driver-side door), BEEP helps service providers ensure they’ve got the parts and tools they need for the job before you arrive.
No. It’s as simple as scanning your credit card with your iPhone’s camera, and you only need to do it once per card. After that, booking and payment is instant. What could be easier?
Absolutely not. Book with confidence today. Each service provider on the Beep marketplace available for direct booking, is warranty approved.
If additional services are recommended (which any good provider should do when appropriate in the interest of safety and reliability), it’s your choice to accept those recommendations or not. If you do, you pay the service provider directly. You are free to decline, to get a second opinion, or to purchase additional parts or services wherever you like.
No. Credit card information is stored encrypted within the app, and cannot be accessed by us, the service provider or anyone else. It can’t be used for a BEEP transaction without your permission as long as you keep your iPhone properly locked and passcode protected. (In which case not even the FBI or Apple can get into it!)

Beep is focused on warranty-approved, non-mechanical automotive services. We’re adding service categories all the time. Currently customers can book: Oil Change, Auto Glass, Tire Service, Cleaning/Detailing, Vehicle Inspection, No Start Diagnostic, Emergency Assistance and Headlight Restoration with Beep.
Search our directory here to see if your business already has a directory page. Listing your business is easy. You will be asked to create a brief bio about your business, address, contact information, link your social accounts and upload a few photographs. Step 4 requires more information including your certifications and insurance to allow customer to book directly at your shop location.
Creating a business listing is free. Beep for Service only charges a service fee if you’ve completed Step 2 and 3 to allow paid customers to book directly with you. This service fee ranges from 9% – 15% depending on the service category and includes the credit card processing fee. There are no upfront fees or subscription costs.
